Job Description:

As the Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in the success of our store and cafe. You will oversee all aspects of daily operations, including managing the store team, ensuring exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a welcoming environment. This is a hands-on role that requires strong leadership skills, a passion for fragrance and a deep understanding of Korean culture.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store and cafe, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
  • Lead and motivate a team of store associates to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Train, develop, and manage a team of sales associates, ensuring they are well-versed in our product offerings, fragrance notes, and cafe menu.
  • Create and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers, providing exceptional service and fostering customer loyalty.
  • Set sales targets, monitor performance, and implement strategies to drive sales and meet or exceed targets.
  • Maintain inventory levels, track product movement, and conduct regular stock checks to ensure adequate supply.
  • Handle customer inquiries and requests in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and create appealing displays to showcase our fragrances and products.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the fragrance, beauty, or luxury goods industry.
  • A strong passion for fragrances, with knowledge of scent families, fragrance notes, and the ability to guide customers in selecting their ideal scents.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  • Strong business acumen and experience in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to create memorable experiences for customers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail is a must.
  • Proficiency in inventory management systems and point-of-sale (POS) software.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
