About the Role

ELOREA is seeking a driven Store Manager to lead its Koreatown, Los Angeles flagship. This role is responsible for owning the client experience and driving performance against sales targets and key metrics.The position requires leveraging data to identify opportunities and improve results, while partnering with Operations, Marketing, and Creative teams to ensure seamless execution and uphold brand standards.This role leads and develops a high-performing team, fostering accountability, growth, and excellence. With a strong focus on clienteling, the Store Manager builds meaningful relationships that drive loyalty and repeat business.This is a hands-on leadership role with consistent floor presence, partnering closely with the Head of Stores. A minimum of 40 hours per week is required, including weekends and peak trading periods.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the store and café, ensuring a seamless and elevated client experience
  • Lead, train, and develop a high-performing team aligned with brand standards
  • Drive sales performance through strong floor leadership and client engagement
  • Maintain operational discipline across inventory, stock management, and reporting
  • Execute visual merchandising in line with brand standards
  • Build and manage client relationships to drive retention and repeat business
  • Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety regulations


Qualifications

  • 5+ years of retail store management experience, preferably in fragrance, beauty, or luxury
  • Strong understanding of fragrance categories, scent profiles, and client consultation
  • Proven ability to lead teams and drive sales performance
  • Strong business acumen and data-driven mindset
  • Exceptional customer service and clienteling skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with POS and inventory management systems
  • Availability to work weekends, holidays, and peak trading periods
